Trust me and don't ever use this company. We bought two rings from the company and what a nightmare. Here is the text from the complaint filed by my fiancee.
- Note: Lala works for Sparkles Forever and called us to have the 2nd ring sent back and then they kept both of them.
"I order sLGRS038 CZ Wedding Set on Jan 6th and paid $71.95 ($66 product with $5.95 shipping & handling). I returned the wedding ring on Feb 6th for poor quality, asking for replacement. USPS confirmation number 0308 1400 0001 8550 4487 proves delivery. Lala called me and said since it's a set, I have to return the engagement ring too, which I did on February 19th, with USPS confirmation number 0306 2400 00002 5827 9761. I have followed up with eight phone messages and seven emails, with no response. I would like the rings shipped to me or to receive a refund."
