Stay away from Sparkles Forever. I purchased a wedding set from them, but when I tried to get a tracking number, my email and phone messages went unanswered for 5 days. Finally, I got through on the customer service line and was told my order would ship the next day. I received no status update for another 8 days. During these eight days, my email and phone messages went unanswered and my status was not updated. I visited the BBB's website and found out that others had been ripped off, and I began to worry that I was the newest victim. I noticed the name Esmeralda Castro as the VP of the company, so I took a chance and emailed esmeraldacastro@sparklesforever.com explaining my difficulty getting through and requesting an update and tracking number ASAP. My email was not returned as undeliverable, so it appears I made contact. I did not receive a direct reply from her in any form; however, that night my status was suddenly changed to "Shipped" and a tracking number was available. Unfortunately, it would be about a day and a half before the post office had a record of my shipment. In the meantime, I emailed Ms. Castro again to confirm the tracking number and shipping date, since I was told my order was to be shipped 8 days prior. Again, no reply. Even though their website says I would be notified by email of a backorder, I received no notice and was completely ignored when I made inquiries. According to the post office, my shipment was processed 14 days after I placed my order, but with up to 10 more days before I see it, I don't know if what I'm getting is what I ordered. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from this company again. They answered the phone once during my 14 days of calling, they never returned my phone or email messages, and if I hadn't stumbled upon a person to hold accountable, my order might never have been shipped. They promise to return calls within 24 hours, but they NEVER returned my calls. Others have reported being cheated by this company and I sincerely believe that I may have been too. It remains to be seen whether I receive what I ordered and if its the quality they promise. I filed a report with www.ic3.gov, an Internet crime reporting agency affiliated with the FBI based on my experience and the reviews of others. After the horror stories I've read from other Sparkles Forever customers, I sincerely think they should be checked out, and I think that anyone who has been scammed by them should consider reporting them as well. In the meantime, email esmeraldacastro@sparklesforever.com to get some answers. I later noticed lala@sparklesforever.com as the email address to inquire about wholesale contracts. Lala Castro is listed as the owner of the company on their site, so you I'm guessing it's a working address, but I haven't personally tried it. I'll just wait and see how my order looks first. Thankfully, I paid trough PayPal. Who knows what trouble I would have had on my hands otherwise.

UPDATE: I recieved my package 17 days after I ordered it, and for what it's worth, the rings do look as represented in the photo. If the service had been better, I might actually had been a repeat customer.
