I placed an order from Sparklesforever.com for two rings of a total of $38.95 on 2/28/10. I noticed my money was taken from my account immediately and I hadn't received my rings. I checked my "suppose" tracking information that was provided and of course there is no tracking information. I called everyday for several days and left messages that would be returned within "24 hrs." I have yet to receive a call, I threatened with an email and phone call to the local law enforcement agency and to file a complaint with the BBB in California. I received a email on 04/01/10 stating that my order would be shipped in 4-6 wks. I have since demanded my money back and have not received a call or email nor have I received my money back or rings. I have NEVER had to deal with such poor customer service from any company ever !!!! I would never do business with this company again and I would be very careful to place an order with Sparkles Forever.com.
