Looking for movers is no fun. The field isn't exactly full of professional companies. With the exception of StarCity. These guys are educated, professional and honest. We dealt with Dean and Rachel both of whom were really well spoken and came to our house to provide us with a detailed estimate. We loved the fact that they gave us one simple flat rate so we would know exactly what the final bill would be.
One the day of the move, 2 fantastic movers showed up. They disassembled our beds, mirrors, dining table within an hour. They then proceeded by wrapping everything super carefully. What I really liked was that they asked questions...they didn't just assume things. Everything was packed and loaded within 3 hours. When we arrive at our new house in Tenafly (this was a NJ based move) they placed all of our furniture where we instructed them to.
Our move took a total of 5 stress-free hours. We tipped the movers well because of how smoothly they were able to get us moved-in. I highly recommend StarCity Moving- best nj mover we've used so far.<
