This was the worst experience with a company I had ever had. We were moving from Indiana to Florida. we were quoted a price and told that the move would be completed 6 to 9 days from pickup. First, the movers called and asked if they could pick up a day early. Although we were not completely ready, we agrees. They were to arrive at 8 am. Their actual arrival time was 3pm. After we got to Florida we contacted the dispatcher to see when our shipment would arrive. We were told several different things by different people. Finally, on day 18, we received a call from the truck driver who said he could deliver at 9am on July 4. He informed us that we would need to pay our remaining balance at time of delivery. The remaining balance is $100.00 more than what we agreed to. They will not deliver without payment. And, it being a holiday weekend, we have no recourse but to pay the extra money and work out the details later or we will not have our furniture. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We have been literally camping in our empty house for over two weeks now.
