Hello Robert. Thank you for the feedback. Upon review of your case, we have looked into this and have reviewed the photographs provided on your part, however the damages you claim are "extensive", were not something that could not be resolved. Our staff and representatives attempted to assist you with the replacement of the part that you needed. We do stress to all of our customers to thoroughly inspect the unit before the delivery driver is at the residence in the event there is any damages, the unit can be refused. Please understand, when an order is signed for without and indication of damage, responsibility then falls on the customer to resolve the issue. We were and are still more than willing to assist you with your issue but cooperation is needed on your part.
