Delivery As Scheduled _ Service is Very Poor

Scooter and registration paperwork were delivered on schedule as specified. My emails and were answered with phone calls within a half hour. They responded immediately to what I thought was an issue which turned out to be my fault but were ready to help. Unfortunately their customer service completely falls apart if they make a mistake. If you order parts from them the cost is about 5 times the going rate on amazon and if they send you the wrong part they will want you to pay to return it even though it is their error. They will simply say that that is the policy. I will not deal with them again.
