I have used this company for two years, when I purchased a new car and needed to add it to my Insurance I was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had with a company.I was told I should change my insurance carrier because the one I had, was requesting a ridicules sum of money to insure my Mercedes-Benz, I took Survivals advice and switched to another company. When I was told I needed to pay $300 at this point. I asked "Is this a Broker Fee?" Since I was not renewing my policy but changing insurance carriers at their suggestion. Survival told me it was not but that is was a down payment for the new insurance policy. Later I found out it was a lie and it WAS another Broker FEE. I complained till I turned blue in the face and all I got back was $50. And even then, to get that I had to threaten with calling the BBB.
