I've never in my 50+ years, had to call a plumber, until last November when a major water leak occurred under the slab of my home. My immediate reaction was to call TLC Plumbing, as their reputation for quality and reliability is well known in our area. Thanks to TLC's quick response, any potential damage to the structure of my home was promptly eliminated.
Throughout the week-long project, TLC's technicians arrived on time, dressed professionally, were alert and prepared for the days' work ahead. The crews' professionalism was further evidenced by strong communication skills, a polite and respectful approach toward me and my property, and an efficient, yet careful pace as they worked. The crew worked exceptionally well as a team, without radios, personal phone calls or other distractions, and all-around set a positive tone throughout the duration of the project.
One misunderstanding occured regarding arrangements for drywall repairs, and the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction, with the same professionalism I've now become accustomed to as a TLC customer.
This unexpected, costly repair to my home didn't come without the inevitable stress, but I'm now left with a sense of confidence and peace of mind with my plumbing and my choice of TLC. I highly recommend this company.
