Please, don't go to this animal hospital that's; if you want to see your pet again. Dr. Tinaka is a misleading and money hungry Dr. that should be ashamed of himself. I have never experienced such a traumatic event in my life like this one.
Brought my new kitty in for surgery because he had a broken arm. He was an angelic little guy that was rescued by me; so, I really had very little history on him. Therefore, the Dr. should have taking that into account and also that previously he was given anesthesia at prior vet's office. I mean this little kitty was less then 2.00 pounds that had already received to much pain medication and then to much anesthesia given by Dr. Tinaka.
He never explained to me the risk of anesthesia, nor did anyone ask me any pre-surgery questions. He knew that my Kitty needed very special care and simply ignored it and just wanted my money. Dr. Shulman was suppose to be called in to do the surgery but my mom and I never saw him come in. I am so distraught because I brought my kitty in good faith to be cured at this hospital but instead they euthanized him. Beware they pretend to really care about the welfare of your pet but don't be fooled. If your are not a millionaire or a celebrity that can't pay there astronomical fees then kiss your pet good bye. In my opinion, they are unethical, pretentious and only will take your money. Please, stay away.
