What a waste of time and money! They talk big and don't produce! You sign up and that is the last you hear from them ! They don't return your phone calls or your e-mails. If you do talk to some one it's a secretary and they promise that some one will call or e-mail you back. But, it never happens. And big deal my savings was %180.00 with a 1/2% rate reduction. The rates are lower than that out there. I am a senior on a limited income and lost my husband and that was why I needed help. But, I wasted my money! And because I could not pay for there service all at once I paid it monthly and got behind on my mortgage and now my credit is in the hole. Good Luck to anyone who tries to get help.
