A representative from the company just called me as I have a current home loan via CountryWide/BofA. He informed me they are doing a class action suit against them. (also says his firm is having a lawsuit against the BBB)I told him that I would check him (licensing and BBB) out before disclosing personal information. He is very uninformed not only about the BBB and many other issues (needs to do his homework!) but the firm has a Big Fat F rating.
Definitely not someone I would ever do business, as everyone knows...just because you are in business doesn't mean you are a good business. Apparently they need more education and training and ethics.
