Klosk fails tio help us and would only refund a fraction of our money we were sending them.

My husband and myself began our association with this 'firm' 3 years ago We faithfully sent them one thousand dollars a month until we had sent them over $10,000.00.Unfortunately, when one of our creditors brought a lawsuit against us,we attempted to contact Klosk but it was unsuccessful. We had to obtain a NY lawyer (we live in NY)for the lawsuit brought against us by this creditor to handle our case in court. Klosk refunded us $250.00--that is it. They informed us the rest was for expenses. They had told us and it is stated in their writing in their literature that our money which we sent them was being held in a secure account! This company did nothing to help us. I am not sure what the statue of limitations are in a case like this, but I would like to get my $10,000.00 back! My husband and myself could sure use that money. My advice to anyone in debt? Negotiate with your creditors yourself, the remedy which we eventually did. They were more than happy to negotiate, and some even forgave as much as 1/3 of what we owed.
