I ordered my prom dress from this company, and a few weeks later I started to notice that there was money taken out of my bank account that was not me. This company is the only place I have ordered from online. My best friend also ordered her dress from this company and the SAME thing happened to her. I got over $690 taken from my account and my friend got over $1000 taken from her. If you decide to order from this company make sure you are watching your account for fraud. I will NEVER recommended this company to anyone. They say there all about customer service and everything and every time I go to them to get answers they are always rude or they hang up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
