SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They never answer the phone and no voice mail. Their website brags about their great costumer service, well I was never able to speak to their costumer service. I canceled my order and I kept receiving emails the my order was processed and shipped. They want to charge me a 30% restocking fee for an order that was cancelled days before the they shipped the dress. I got the unwanted dress too late for my daughters event, that is why I cancelled the order. I can't get in touch with them to send them back their unwanted dress. Glad I found another company that actually picked up the phone and who guaranteed shipment and delivery date before my daughters event.
Do your homework, don't order from them.
