After getting estimates for braces from two other orthodontists because this office was $1500 less, we decided to go here. I now know why they charge so little. Every appointment there was some problem. Once a wire was sticking out into my daughter gums about a cm, and when we called it took them a day to get back to us. The "dentist" told us to use numbing gel. When we finally saw someone all they did was cut off wire. The wire had slipped through three brackets and left them empty. Had to be redone. When ever there is a problem orthodontist is only there one day a week so you have to wait until that day. The brackets came off multiple times and we were left with no one that could help us. Once, the bracket popped off 10 minutes after they were put on! When we went to another orthodontist after four months of this, he said there was not enough room in her mouth and she should have had teeth pulled a long time ago. Completely incompetent. Do not go here for any reason.
