Timeshare Biz is unethical and is made up of scam artists.
They lied to me about having sold my timeshare, had me send $1,500. to them as the closing was the "next day". Right, they didn't even have a buyer, much less a closing schedule. Wanita Prentice, Marion Kent and Richard Davis are names that you should avoid in connection to timeshare, or anything else for that matter.

Edwina Monaghan/Miles in all fairness to Timesharez Biz you were blinded by GREED and did not feel the need to check out the company you were paying.It clerly states on our website that the only authorized representatives for T-Biz is Ms.Prentice and Mr.Kent.You did not have any contact with T-biz for several months after paying.You had all your contact with this Mr.Davis, who was found out later to be an alias as you were made aware of.Had you notified T-Biz before you paid, we all would have found that out much earlier,unfortunately you waited until you were unhappy with him before notifying us,several months later.For all those out ther Richard Davis,Richard Mitchell,Richard Thompson,and Mitchell Williams are all one of the same and he,I am sure has many other names and also uses different companies.He has used oucompany name as well as Timeshare Biz Sollutions,Worldwide Resorts Marketing and more and he usually says he is from Las Vegas and send a check to company in another state.Please do not be blinded by GREED or fooled to pay anyone until you have thouroughly checked out the company you are about to pay.Edwina we are doing what we were paid to do and that is market your resort.
