Hi I also fell victim to the wonderful Richard Davis talk.He called and told me he was in Las Vegas Nevada and had a buyer for my resort.After some time on the phone he said I had to send money to Timesharez Biz in Hayesville NC,which foolishly enough I did.Even when Mr.Kent called and let me know they received the check,I had no thoughts of anything wrong.I stayed in touch with Mr.Davis for several months and he would continually tell me things were going just fine so I believed him,did'nt think there was a need to call Timesharez Biz.About 3 months later I tried for weeks to get a hold of Richard Davis,left messages he never returned.Then all of a sudden all I got on his phone was a busy signal over and over.I then called Timesharez Biz and spoke with Marion Kent and found out the truth of Mr.Davis,he told me he would have the owner call me.Wanita Prentice did call and explain everything to me and was willing to work with me on my resort,as I with her.Talking just on the phone you never know who you are really talking to.This was a lesson learned for me,I will never send money out to anyone without checking all the facts and I suggest to anyone else to do the same.I fell victim to what I thought was an honest man as well as Timesharez Biz, sometimes it's not just us consumers that are careless but also companies.Know who you are dealing with before sending out money and get something in your hands.Maybe I to was blinded by greed,not to bother checking things out thoroughly.I cannot blame someone else for my actions,although there are alot of people everyday that do just that.I will continue to work with Timesharez Biz and Ms.Prentice and Mr.Kent at least they answer or return my calls and E-mails.Unlike other companies I paid.
