I purchased my Stairmaster from Total Body Experts and I am truly happy with my purchase. My salesperson Jay was/is very patient, wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the equipment he sells, and was always available to address my enquiries whenever possible. When I started my search I was a little confused, but Jay was able to help me differentiate between the models, making selection easier. The stepper I bought works like a charm.
