I highly recommend Studio Cycles and specifically Jay Allred. My wife and I were looking for a high quality spin trainer, and he exepertly explained the differences between various models and also sought to ensure we received the best possible value based on our needs. Many times sales people only want to drive consumers to the highest priced model to maximize their margin and profitablility. In my experience Jay focused on our requirements first, and guided us to the bike that met all of our needs without a lot of fluff we would never use. I would also add that Jay managed most of our transaction on a Saturday via his direct mobile line, and his customer service has far exceeded our expectations.
