***Pros (which outweigh cons)***
Steve is very helpful in selecting what you need. Bike is packaged on a pallet and came in great condition. Bike was fully tuned and ready to use. Bike fully met my expectations. Carbon Blue is very quiet!
***Cons***
Saia is the LTL shipper. They told me up front they aren't used to residential deliveries. They were afraid the 18 wheeler w 28' trailer wouldn't turn around. 1. Saia never called to make an appointment. The bike sat there for 2 days until I called them based upon tracking. 2. I was told we would be first delivery. It arrived at noon a day late. If you have to stay home to receive it... be sure they are coming. 3. They will just drop the pallet off at your garage so plan on uncrating and bringing into your house yourself. 4 weeks from order to delivery. ^^^Overall. Great bike once you get it^^^
