Studio Cycles Schwinn Performance Plus Carbon Blue purchase

I had found the Studio-Cycles.com (Total Body Experts) site while investigating spin bikes. Their YouTube channel videos were extremely informative and helpful in making my decision to go with the Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus Carbon Blue rather than another similarly priced bike from Peloton. I also used their online chat feature to ask questions and sort out which accessories and warranties I needed. Steve, the GM, spent almost an hour assisting me and answering my questions, both in the online chat and a phone conversation where I placed my order. He was polite, knowledgeable, and good at helping me to narrow down what was truly necessary and which accessories can be considered down the road once I've had an opportunity to test out the bike. The company offers great service, lifetime warranties for parts and labor that I think would be hard to find elsewhere. They also offer the build and tune option, which means your bike is assembled, tested, and ready to ride as soon as it's delivered. I highly recommend the company based on service alone, and I am excited to get started!
