INCREDIBLE Customer Shopping Experience!

I just had one of the best Customer Order shopping experiences EVER when ordering this Schwinn AC Performance Plus spinner from Steve at Studio-Cycles! There is nothing better than buying a cycling fitness product from someone who speaks purely from experience and ride knowledge. I had a number of "techy, ride" questions that were handled by Steve (GM) in a highly professional, no-nonsense manner ...no sales jargon! Then, the entire purchase experience was so smooth, as there were a few upgrade options that were important to me. Again, Steve spoke from experience and offered or suggested only the things that he thought I needed. We covered everything in about 20 minutes, in what may have taken other company reps 45 minutes or more! I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I have logged thousands of miles in the last 40 years of riding, and am now migrating to more indoor (a much safer option than road riding!) spinning, so I needed something which would simulate the comfort, crank feel, and overall ride you get from a high-end bike. I have heard from friends about the AC Performance Plus product, and have done hours upon hours of online research, and can't wait for this machine to arrive! If the ride and resulting fitness is anything close to the buying experience I just had from Studio-Cycles, this will be worth all the time invested! Do your homework when looking for quality, warranty, pricing, etc...I think you will arrive at the same conclusion in the end! Thank you, Steve, you confirmed what I have known would be the right product selection and ride for me!
