Highly Informative Conversation with Stephen

I made a phone call to Studio-Cycles and had the pleasure of speaking directly with Stephen. He identified himself as one of the senior managers of the Company. He was a terrific source of information for me. I explained what I was looking for to include what my wife and I would like be able to accomplish with a home-based spin cycle. He offered me a wealth of information as well as his opinions on many spin cycles that I had previously read about. It was an educational experience and I was pleased and informed enough to purchase a new Schwinn A.C Performance Plus Indoor Cycle from him. The front end of this transaction could not have been better. I'll let you know how this purchase ends up for me in a later post once I receive the indoor cycle and try it out.
