Excellent experience so far.

I became interested in a stationary bike after my orthopedic surgeon recommended it as part of my rehabilitation after a knee injury. Peloton ads are all over and I was looking for reviews and found the Studio-Cycle videos on YouTube. The videos were very informative so I decided to give them a call after reviewing various bikes on their website. Steve B. called me back and answered my many questions.
I also looked on Amazon and saw many complaints about damaged packaging and missing parts. Steve B. explained that my bike would be removed from the original package, assembled, and shipped by their own shippers for the bike's protection. In comparison shopping their prices were competitive.
I await the arrival of my bike and will update the review after its arrival.
