I wasn't ready for the level of customer service provided by Steve B. I called expecting a short, quick and hurried response but instead got Steve who stayed on the phone as long as necessary to make sure all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. His professionalism and commitment to quality service is second to none. I got the bike, love the bike and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Steve.
