I just ordered my StairMaster Gauntlet 8 and everything about my experience was top notch. I am in the hospitality industry and very impressed with the service. I do a lot of online shopping but I still like to have a voice I can speak to when I have questions. I can't stand it when a company makes it hard on you to talk to a live person. Stephen was very knowledgeable and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I checked prices around and they are by far the best and offer great service. Now I am just waiting on my equipment to arrive happy in the knowledge that I have a quality company supporting me.
