Steve was very helpful while chatting on line and then by phone. He answered all of my questions, walked me through every detail of my purchase, and made ordering my Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus Carbon Blue easy. He worked out having my bike delivered to my 3rd floor apartment and explained the timeframe for delivery and what I can expect. Two thumbs up, way way up for Steve and Studio-Cycles!
