I don't do reviews very often, but when I do, it's because the experience or product was phenomenal. I already know the experience was & hope that the Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus with Carbon Blue is in the same category. I have a lot of physical issues & it's been determined by my physical therapist that spinning would be the most healing of all modes of exercise. This really surprised me as I'd never even considered! I began researching bikes & didn't know if I'd purchase local or on the web. I know nothing about spinning...yet. Stephen probably got that during our conversation, yet was so compassionate, knowledgeable & inspiring! I asked many questions & he addressed each one with precision. I feel fortunate to have gotten connected with him, as I know customer service can sometimes be less than ideal. I really needed someone with serious input & the ability to listen. He far exceeded all of my criteria. Stephen, I will always be grateful for our conversation. I am so excited to get this bike, I'm surprising myself! I am looking forward to becoming whole/healthier and on a new healing journey.
