I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Steve at Studio Cycles! I had a lot of questions about different models of bikes and Steve was able to answer every question. He was very patient with my questions and walked me through every detail of how the bikes differed from one another. I'm pretty sure he was on the phone with me for a total of 2+ hours from the two conversations I had with him. Being in sales myself, I felt like Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure every question I had was answered before I made my purchase. I'm looking forward to receiving my Schwinn Performance Plus bike and look forward to many years of riding ahead. Thank you Steve and Studio Cycles for being there every step of the way!
