Just finished talking to Steve U about a Schwinn AC Performance plus exercise bike. I had questions and was indecisive about which bike to buy, which brand, model, etc. Being a fan of quality products I was leaning toward the Schwinn AC Performance Plus. Like a Jedi Master Steve was able to answer all my questions and help me understand the different levels of quality and what would be justifiable for my fitness needs. But most importantly Steve, the General Manager of Studio Cycles spent the TIME talking to me on the phone and did not try to rush me into a decision I wasn't comfortable with. For that and for his vast knowledge of the industry Steve gets the full five stars!
