Good Experience with Stephen Uzan from StudioCycles

Waited 25 minutes on hold to talk to someone; not their fault as I called after business hours apparently. I spoke with GM Stephen Uzan, who was very knowledgeable about the Keiser M3i. He was so supremely confident about the bike, so I’ll see if he was right after it arrives in a few weeks. He spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me to explain why the Keiser M3i was the best choice. He also did take care of me for having to wait so long on the phone by throwing in something gratis, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience with StudioCycles.
