Good Experience with Stephen Uzan

Called today to see how much a new Keiser M3i would be and although I would love to get a new one, it was above my budget. Steven was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information on the new Keiser. He explained all the additional options that came with it when purchased through them. When he heard that the new one was more than I wanted to spend, he suggested a certified used which was below my budget. He explained the certified use rigorous inspection process. I decided to go with the certified use and Stephen helped me stay under budget. He was professional and very helpful. I have to wait to see if the bike is as good as he said but looking forward to getting it!
