I have had the same experience as a lot of other people. They "lost" a bunch of my stuff, and can't seem to get any answers. I was scammed and lied to from the very beginning. My stuff arrived three weeks after the date they promised me, boxes were damaged, and my brand new front load washer and dryer were dented, boxes were destroyed and fragile items were not handled carefully, they were upside done bent and ripped as were a lot of other boxes. They don't ever call me back, I call every day, and get the same answer "we are doing all we can" and with promises of calling me back which never happens. The company in Miami has been shut down but there is another office in Indiana. Please contact me, I would like to get information from other people who have had the same issue with this company.
