I do not recommend this company AT ALL! There was little to no communication. I was to have 24-48 hour notice for pick ups and I received none...in fact I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on. The driver did not have the contract I had from the actual company I signed up with so his delivery date was not correct, he didn't have complete info on pick up locations or the 2 delivery locations, phone numbers, contact people, etc. He asked my cousin, who was at the 2nd location, if there was anyone there to help load the pianos---this was not our job, this is why they were hired to do it all. He was insistanton delivery one day early and then when arrangements were made to this day (which was extremely difficult to do but we did it) I then hear he moved it to the following day without any notice. He was to call me to tell me how much it would cost to wrap the 2nd piano before he even did anything so I could approve it. I never heard from him and the next phone call I got was from my cousin telling me he was already on the road after wrapping the piano. The delivery was just as nightmare-ish! I do not, and I can't stress this enough, recommend this company whatsoever. Please beware.
