This company is really untrustworthy. They advertise their products as elegible for a rebate but they're notorious for the famous "bait and switch" found on their offers. I ordered a router from Compusa with a $20 dollar rebate at the end of march 2008, received the product in april 2008. I downloaded the rebate form from Compusa in April to send all the required information for the rebate. So now I received a postcard denying my rebate because the receit I have had a date prior to the promotion. This is what happened, since I ordered at the end of march, I had to send in the march form. But when I went to download the form from the website they had already changed it to the april form, this is without telling everyone of the change. This is very deceitful and sneaky. They're products are the worst but far from being very good. Everyone should avoid doing business with this company since they're really don't care about their customers.
