I agree with Robbin! A customer service rep confused one of my night employees with ordering ribbon for a printer. He believed they were offering a prospectus and not actually shipping a product. We did receive ribbon BUT at a charge of $132.00!! What
we pay with our normal vendor for the same product is 12.99! I will give some credit for allowing us to return it, but its still a scam to me.
