Be very careful if you are thinking about using the services of US Advocate Law Group. They do not perform as contracted. All they do is submit a package to the holder of the mortgage. They never follow-up as promised and fail to give their clients the contacted weekly updates. They do not negotiate for a reduced principle or rate reduction. They take whatever the mortgage company offers and call their services complete.
When customers try to contact the call goes directly to voice mail. Calls are never returned.
