This company along with US Financial Products, which is associated with several other companies is a complete sham and shuffle contracts and employees around like a poker game except you always lose. I waited 8 months for a mortgage modification and when I decided it was time to refund my money ,b/c they couldn't close the deal, they denied that a refund existed (even though I have it in my contract) and then they started back peddling to say that I broke the contract. Then when they couldn't prove that they sent me a letter saying that their company had nothing to do with my case and that they "Inadvertantly" used the wrong company name for 5 months.
I would do it by yourself, you have a better shot of getting it complete and not handing your money over to crooks.
I hope their books are spotless b/c it'sonly a matter of time.
