First off I would like to say thank you to the entire team that was behind getting my loan mod processed and approved in a timely fashion. I paid Us Mortgage Funding $2500.00 and it was the best experience. I was 3 months behind which I did not have to come up with a lump sum payment, I had 7.125% rate now it's fixed permanately @ 4.5% saving over 150$ month. The Philadelphia branch treated me very good always answering my calls or emails maybe not right away but they were answered before the day ended. I was up dated every 2 wks. The entire process I think took 68 days. I no longer have to live in fear of foreclosure, no more nagging phone calls from lender day in and day out no more lies from my lender whom I was trying to get mod from for over a yr w no direct answer. Iam set thanks to the staff in the PHILLY Branch...THNX YOU ARE GREAT ....Now I can save some money and start to live like a human being...THX PHILLY BRANCH!!!!!!!!
