Disappointing

They took our hand truck or dollie by mistake when they left...I called Mike the driver as soon as I noticed it...he said yes, they had it and would get it to us. Never happened!! I called and talke to David...he said he was very sorry and to go to Home Depot and buy another one and they would reimburse us after I sent them the bill...NEVER HAPPENED...This was back in January. I have called and called...now David won't take my calls...I have spoken to Ben twice..he said he would take care of it...NEVER HAPPENED. The original estimate was 1580.00, it ended up being 3300.00. Two boxes packed extreemly carefully and marked FRAGILE etc had broken items...they didn't arrive until after dark to unload our stuff after telling us they would be here in the morning.
