Adrian assisted me thru my process with United medical credit. He was always available to answer my questions, he got back to me when he said, and he acted as if he were the customer, which is why i think this process went alot smoother. there was never a time where i was left waiting by the phone. if it wasnt by phone, i was sure to receive an email from him with an update. for people always on the go, this is the kind of service i need. this is the 2nd time i've used this company, and won't be the last. thanks to Adrian!
