Lori with United Medical was a phenomenal experience!! Now a days it's very hard to find good customer service, but Lori surpassed the norm. She was extremely quick to return emails and phone calls, and made the process so simple for me. I had a few credit issues and she was still able to get me complete financing for my medical procedure. I changed Dr's several times and she never once got frustrated with me that she had to re do several contracts.
