I had the opportunity to work with Rick Bannister from UMC and he was a great help in finding me funding to do my procedure. Granted I didn't have the best credit history and was having trouble getting a financed medical loan. Rick was very patient with me he didn't pressure me into taking the loan and I was somewhat discouraged with the fees being extremely high, but he stuck by me all the way until I made my decision to move forward, once I gave him all the documents needed he made sure the funds was available to the doctor immediately. Rick gave me great services and even after my case was completed he still reached out to me to inform me that if I needed anything and had questions I can always reach out to him.
