I couldn't of asked for anyone better than Gina! She gave me the best experience going through my 1st time medical loan.
When I 1st called, she answered with a great attitude and was very welcoming over the phone. Gina has great customer service skills, very professional over the phone. She was very knowledgeable with the whole loan process, that I was able to ask lots of questions and she had all the answers! I knew the loan agent I confirmed was the best one for me because she made sure all my requirements were met.
The whole loan process was such a great experience with Gina that it went so smooth and fast with no delays or mistakes! I would recommend her to all my friends and family if anyone was looking for loans :)
