I bought a fiberglass hood from Unlimited products. When I installed the hood was bowed and over 1/4" higher then the fenders. It looked awful. I requested a replacement because they have a 90 warranty. Well, that is a joke. What Unlimited did was not answer my request for the return and continued to stall. The owner Nick Adams would not take my phone call. I sent them pictures along all the documentation. I have over 15 exhibits of proof and a time line for anyone wanting to see the actual proof. I had been trying to get a return authorization for weeks. Then after 88 days they said it was out of warranty and they will not take the hood back. I said it wasn't 90 days number one and number two I had been trying to return the for exchange for the past 4 weeks. I have called since at least 25 times. The owner refuses to talk to me.
This place is a true rip off. If you have a problem do not expect to get any help from them. They are truly liars and have no warranty as advertised.
I strongly suggest do not deal with company. I really cannot believe this company is business. Please stay away from them. I also have done some research since and this is not an isolated case. There are several other people that have had the same experience that I had. I spent $354. plus freight and have a piece of junk!
