VacationRewards.com is not a reputable site to book any of your travel. I booked a room in Las Vegas that clearly states on my reservation and my confirmation that this hotel is ON THE STRIP. It's not. It's about a mile away. The Stratosphere is on the strip, just at the end, but rooms there were about 1/2 price. But because this place was advertised - ON THE STRIP - I booked it.
Their customer service was terrible. No resolution. They said they would ask the hotel for a partial refund, but then the wholesale had to agree to it and that was unlikely. I've dealt with Priceline, Hotels.com, Expedia, and any time there was every a problem, they fixed it within minutes.
Now, I'm stuck in a hotel room with a 20yo TV, that is over 1 mile from the strip and in such a bad section of town, the concierge people warn people not to walk in the neighborhood. This company mis-represents it's travel arrangements and is then unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. They are liars and thieves. You may think you find a good deal on VacationRewards.com, however once you arrive at your destination, you will realize you have been screwed. (Additionally, there were an additional $50 per night charge at the hotel for resort fees, internet, and fitness center.)
Vacation Rewards is a RIP OFF.
