Don't Use Vayama
|
Due to Vayama's computer glitch I now have two tickets for myself on the same days. Since the tickets aren't absolutely identical, Vayama customer service people can't figure out how to cancel one of the bookings and refund me ~$1000. Sorry, Vayama, but I cannot physically fly from NY to and from Copenhagen on the same days. In addition Vayama customer service reps don't reply to my emails sent to cs@vayama.com, which means I have to call them every couple of days. The so called "supervisors" I talk to are empathetic and polite but just can't do a think to help me. What a headache. I won't ever use Vayama again. Definitely not worth the lower price of the ticket.
