We had our panels installed in a very timely manner, professional, clean and prompt. If there was ever a problem, the management team responded within hours with emails and phone calls really wanting to know all of the details. The supervisors promptly addressed any issue we had, (and they were very minor) and we also received a note from Mr. Bishop, the owner! Talk about service!
From installation to activation, the operation has been flawless! We are kept inform on every aspect of the system. Direct instructions to reboot the meter if needed, how to go on-line and monitor the performance, even were instructed on how to watch the "electric company" meter run in reverse! Real savings right before your eyes.
The financial aspect of the agreement transpired exactly as described. The salesman, surveyor, and the service crew made the experience worth while.
