Do not waste your money or your time!!! This company just takes your money and does absolutely nothing. I hired them and I'm still getting harassed by the IRS. And my accounts levied. I have been bounced around from person to person and never once had spoken to the attorney assigned to my case. Have sent in all paperwork, bank statements and nothing has been done. I received a letter from IRS. Telling me they tried to contact victory tax solutions for information about my hardship and said they never called them back. The day my account was levied I called victory tax solutions and spoke with them and they told me they had to talk to the attorney assigned to my case and will call me back but of course no phone call back. They don't care about your problem, they only care about taking your money. I would have been better off hiring a real tax attorney instead of this fake company that has receptionist taking your information and blowing you off. If you have serious IRS problems hire a real attorney, this company is a joke. If you want to hire a tax company then please do your homework and really check out different companies.
